With 23 years in real estate and 13 years in residential property management, I am known for
being decisive, protective of my clients’ interests, and steady in complex negotiations.

As a single mother of five and grandmother of six, I understand responsibility, discipline, and
long-term planning. Those values shape how I serve my clients.

Outside of real estate, I lead a travel club and enjoy concerts, sporting events, and exploring
new places. I believe real estate is about more than property — it is about building stability and
creating a life you love.

Daneta has been incredible to work with. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She stepped in and helped me out of a difficult situation with my property after my previous management company had neglected basic maintenance and the last tenant left the place in rough shape. Daneta rolled up her sleeves and immediately got to work helping coordinate the cleanup and the upgrades needed to get the property back into great condition. She handled everything before we even listed it again, which made a huge difference. Throughout the entire process she was proactive, communicative, and extremely resourceful. Daneta IS a home buyers dream, A Gift disguised as a woman. Our buying experience is something I rave about to this day. Ill do my best to summarize. Daneta had become essential, she remained present and ready 24/7, No matter day or time Daneta made it happen!
